There term advertiser as used herein shall be deemed to include its officers & directors who shat be liable on a joint basis for all financial obligations incurred.
Ad space is sold on a first come, first served basis and should not be considered and exclusive right beyond the current contract period.
Errors which appear in the supplied proof or which are present on the supplied print-ready artwork, and are not corrected by the advertiser, are not the responsibility of CM Magazine.
CM Magazine reserves the right to reject, discontinue or omit any advertisement in accordance with standards established by CM Magazine and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, without penalty to either party.
Contracts that earn the 4 consecutive issue rate are non-cancellable, except after payment of all outstanding invoices PLUS the difference between the 1 time and 4 times rate, multiplied by the number of ads actually published before cancellation of the contract.
2% per month / 24% per annum will be charged on past due amounts over 30 days. If an ad on a contract has been invoiced but not paid within 60 days of invoice date, publisher reserves the right to suspend the contract until payment is made in full. Contracts not signed by the advertiser are considered valid unless or until CM Magazine is advised in writing to the contrary.
Payment to be made in advance by credit card or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
